Pong Sushi & Poké is our latest concept in the Pong Group and we are already present in several locations in Stockholm and Uppsala. It is primarily a take-away place for lunch, but there is also space for those who want to dine in.
Sushi is one of the healthier fast foods we have in our society. But today it's not just raw fish, sushi has evolved with cooked elements and accompaniments. We focus on creating a menu that appeals to everyone, constantly evolving through flavor and preferences. We serve pre-designed and custom-designed menus based on your taste.
Sushi
At our Pong Sushi & Poké, we serve high-quality, authentic, and budget-friendly sushi. Here, you choose whether you want small or large pieces when ordering from our sushi menu. Sushi is prepared in an open kitchen with full transparency.
Poké
In addition to sushi, you can also choose, for example, Poké Bowl, one of the most popular dishes. Poké bowl is a hearty salad with a sushi flavor. The dish has a base of marinated salmon, fresh vegetables, and rice. You can also choose between salmon, tuna, chicken, and even tofu at our place.
